This award winning project involved a construction of a four level office building containing approximately 1400m2 of open office space with a central services core. The street appeal with the extensive use of alpolic and sand blasted precast panels and feature glass entry canopy, sets a new benchmark in office buildings. The use of post tension slabs provided vast areas, ideal for individual tenant fitouts. With the project being located in the Parliament precinct, heights restrictions applied and specific logistic restrictions needed careful planning to avoid minimal disruption to the area.
