BPA Engineering, in particular Peter Scott, have an extensive experience with the St John of God Hospital Murdoch Campus.

BPA engineering has successfully provided Structural and Civil Engineering services for the majority of expansion stages during the life of the campus.

These include

  • Day Procedures expansion
  • Theatre Expansion
  • Ward block Expansion
  • Engineering and Kitchen Refurbishment
  • Emergency Department Expansion
  • New Pathology
  • CT Scanner and MRI installations
  • Numerous renovations and internal fit outs

In 2009 BPA Engineering were engaged as the lead consultant to design, document and administer the replacement of existing internal roads and car parks with associated infrastructure to allow the transfer of land to the Fiona Stanley Hospital project. BPA provided 3D models with drive throughs to allow SJGHM to visualize the scale of works. All construction works were carried out whilst maintaining a fully operational hospital.

BPA have provided input to future car parking requirements providing schematic plans and costings. BPA’s involvement in these recent and ongoing works provide thorough and up to date knowledge of the site and its complexities.
