Civil Designer / Draftsperson
BPA Engineering is seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Designer/Senior Civil Designer to join our team in Subiaco, Western Australia. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, including commercial, residential, and infrastructure developments.
Responsibilities:
- Designing and drafting of various civil engineering projects including road works, stormwater drainage, land development, and other infrastructure projects.
- Coordinating with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of projects within budget.
- Preparing project plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Developing technical reports and other project documentation.
- Reviewing and interpreting engineering plans, specifications, and contract documents.
- Performing quality checks on drawings and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in civil engineering design and drafting.
- Proficient in the use of AutoCAD and 12D and/or Civil 3D.
- Knowledge of relevant codes and standards.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
