- Extensive experience in civil construction including road works, storm water drainage, pavement rehabilitation and resurfacing

- Background in road infrastructure management including rural/regional road environments
Scott has recently joined BPA Engineering after an extensive career in Local Government, most recently as an Executive Manager of Engineering Services.
Scott’s background and experience include design, construction, project supervision and management relating to an array of civil engineering projects including roads infrastructure renewal and upgrades, stormwater drainage, retaining, footpaths and land development.
With a strong civil design and project delivery background, Scott’s skills are enhanced with extensive knowledge of local government operations with considerable experience in stakeholder (internal & external) consultation and management, road infrastructure asset management and maintenance operations, works programming, cost estimation and budgeting, procurement, contract management, high level organisational strategy and people management.
