The Roy Hill Iron Ore Control Centre and Offices will be the new Headquarters of Hancock Prospecting. The facility contains both general offices and operations room to remotely monitor the mine site. The operations centre provides an open space of uninterruptable views to all data screens.
The main office building consists of a basement and three floors of office space over it. The building has a significant entry statement and large roof canopies as part of the architectural feature of the building.
As part of the landscape design concepts, carpark drainage was collected via natural stone collation nature strips to provide a non urban fill to the site. Underground detention tanks were provided to comply with site drainage requirements.
